If there any reason you are not 100% happy with your chosen wall Art from JR Decal, its very easy to return. You can return your item within 60 days of purchase. Just go through with the following easy to follow refund and return process.

We will just ask you to send the wall stickers back in its original condition in its original package.

You will have 60 days to return your item but in same condition on received.

Once your return is received and reviewed by our team , your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

We will refund you the cost of your order (or product(s) if a partial refund).

The Simple Refund Process is in 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Why You want to return!
For registered customers:
  1. Sign in your account using the Sign In link located at the top right of our website.
  2. Once in My Account click on the link which reads Completed Orders.
  3. Locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select Return Item.
  4. Fill out the Return Request form, making sure to mention
    1. Quantity to Return
    2. Reason for Return
    3. Optional: Any additional comments
  5. Once you have informed us of your refund, it is time to pack the product in its original package.
For Guest customers:
  1. Go to the footer on our website and find the link called ‘Orders and Returns’
  2. Just fill the form and complete all the information
  3. submit!
Step 2: Pack the item in its original package!
Carefully roll up or pack the JR Decal Wall Sticker and place it in its original package, making sure it is wrapped up in the same condition it was received. After inserting the JR Decal Wall Stickers in the package, ensure that the package is closed and sealed tight.
Step 3: Send back to JR Decal!

Lastly, ship the packed JR Decal to the address given by our sales team.

Exchanges

Exchange of JR Decal without any problem.

So, if for whatever reason you wish to exchange, just go through the easy to follow exchange process.

You can exchange your purchase at any time within 60 days after purchase date for FREE. The only condition is products must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Customers can only exchange a product if the JR Decal is unused and still has its white paper backing and transfer sheet on it.

Once your item exchanged is received and inspected by our team , your new product will be immediately shipped, and you will be reimbursed the difference (or pay the difference) through your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

*The customer will initially pay for the exchange shipping, but will be refunded once the product is received, inspected, and approved. That is our promise!

 

How To Exchange:

Exchanges are of two types:
    1. Exchange because of a defect
    2. Exchange because you want a different size, color, or product.
Exchange (because of a defect)

You can exchange JR Decal Wall Stickers for 1 of the following reason for FREE!

      1. If the item is wrong size sent by JR Decal OR
      2. If the item is wrong colour sent by JR Decal
      3. If the item is wrong script writing sent by JR Decal
Step 1: Why You want to return!

      2. Once in My Account click on the link which reads Completed Orders.

      5. Once you have informed us of your refund, it is time to pack the product in its original package.
Step 2: Completely destroy the one you have!

You can destroy them by cutting or stick to them self and throw them away to bin. So, that no one can use them.

Its our responsibility to pay the new shipping cost as there was fault on the first one. We trust our customer about the previous one as they are not using it.

Exchange (for a different Size, Color, or Product)

Step 2: Buy now the new one

Buy the new one with your chosen size and color and tell us

Once we know about your exchange we will send you the new one

Step 2: Pack the item in its original package!

Be careful about few things when you sending back the previous one

    1. Carefully roll up the JR Decal Wall Art
    2. and place it in its original package, making sure it is wrapped up in the same condition it was received.
    3. then ensure that the package is closed and sealed tight.
Step 3: Send back to JR Decal Wall Stickers!

Lastly, ship the packed JR Decal Art to the address given by our sales team.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact JR Decal at support@jrdecal.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
